Delivery Information
Delivery days and time will depend on the area that you live in. Inner and some Outer Melbourne Suburbs have been assigned a particular day for delivery. If you would like your box on an alternate delivery day, no problems just call before you finalise your order.
Please enter your postcode in the delivery area search to find out your delivery day. Alternatively you can for our delivery list. Some outer and greater Melbourne regions have the option of deliveries of 2 delivery days. Simply place an order before cut off and you will receive your box on the next delivery day. Deliveries will be made during business hours.

Order Cut Off Times
Please order by 1PM on Friday for Monday and Tuesday deliveries and by Wednesday 10am for Thursday deliveries. If you have missed the cut off for your delivery day, call 03 9690 9339 to see if we can fit you in!
Delivery Fees
Minimum order is $55 excluding delivery fee. Delivery fees are indicated as below.
Zone 1: Delivery Fee is $ 15.00 no extra's on designated delivery day.
Zone 2: Flat rate $ 20.00 no extra's on designated delivery day.
Zone 3: $ 25.00 flat rate.
Zone 4: $ 30.00 flat rate.

To organize a standing order, please call with your contact details. You can cancel or suspend a standing order at any time.

Not at Home?
You don't need to be home to receive your order, but please include any special delivery instructions at the so we can leave it in a safe place. We suggest that you unpack and store correctly as soon as possible to maintain the high level of freshness. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any order left unattended after delivery.
Eco recycling of Boxes
Please keep your delivery box and leave it out for us the following week for re-use. Unfortunately all couriered boxes cannot be picked up for following deliveries, so please recycle or re-use.
